Eduardo Orenes is a Navy Officer, former Cryptography Chief and creator of the first Intrusion Training initiative in the Navy. Governmental Institutions must break the extended concept, and start building its own skills development plan through tailored and customized training, if they really want to address the already coming issues.

Training Industry Standards “regulate” what is delivered and how, because it is profitable for the provider.

That will never help GOV, LEA and MIL Organizations. They do need more support and care.
